Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 & Z Fold 6 expected to launch soon!

Samsung is anticipated to introduce its upcoming foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6, early next month. The devices are expected to be launched during the Galaxy Unpacked 2024 event on July 10.

The Galaxy Z Flip 6 is anticipated to retain the design of the Galaxy Z Flip 5. However, it is reported to have an enhanced hinge that reduces the visibility of the screen crease. Additionally, it will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, a 50MP primary rear camera, and a 4,000mAh battery.

Whereas, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is expected to have the same cameras as its predecessor. It will likely incorporate the same hinge and screen crease visibility improvements found in the Galaxy Z Flip 6. Additionally, the Z Fold 6 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and is expected to come with a slightly larger battery, likely around 4,600mAh.

Both phones will include Galaxy AI-powered features, an IPX8 water resistance rating, stereo speakers, 25W fast charging, and wireless charging. They are also expected to run Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 software right out of the box and receive seven major Android OS updates.
